As a member of our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) team, you will work to deliver breakthrough products and services that delight our customers. You will be responsible for leading the development of feature engineering deliverables, working with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure feature requirements are cascaded, aligned, and accepted, and establishing feature objectives and ensuring system operation to meet the end-user/customer objectives through a structured system level test methodology.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects such as Automatic Emergency Braking, Park Assist, Blind Spot Information System, and more. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test ADAS features, and ensure that they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
As a seasoned professional in the ADAS domain, you will have a strong understanding of radar, camera, LIDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and other related vehicle systems. You will also have experience with system engineering, including system decomposition, design analysis, concept, logical, and technology level requirements development, system integration, and failure mode avoidance analysis.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of feature engineering deliverables, including concept, logical, and technology requirements, boundary diagrams, design analysis, failure mode avoidance, robustness fields, and test procedures.
- Work with hardware, software, and test teams to ensure feature requirements are cascaded, aligned, and accepted.
- Establish feature objectives and ensure system operation to meet the end-user/customer objectives through a structured system level test methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test ADAS features.
- Ensure that ADAS features meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related degree.
- 5+ years of experience developing in the ADAS domain using radar, cameras, LIDAR, ultrasonic sensors, and/or other related vehicle systems.
- 2+ years of experience in system engineering, including system decomposition, design analysis, concept, logical, and technology level requirements development, system integration, and failure mode avoidance analysis.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead ad-hoc teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with ADAS systems.
- 5+ years of experience with GPDS and program deliverables.
- 5+ years of experience with ADAS perception, sensing, or control systems.
- 5+ years of experience with system architecture, design, and documentation.
- Experience with SysML/MagicDraw.
- Experience with functional safety (ISO26262) and failure mode avoidance.
