We're looking for Mission Software Engineers who are strong generalists and fast learners to join our Electronic Warfare (EW) division.
The successful candidate will develop and maintain mission-critical software across the EW product stack, build and improve deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management systems, integrate EW systems with the broader Anduril Lattice ecosystem, debug and resolve issues in production and field-deployed systems, develop operator-facing tools and interfaces, and participate in field deployments, integration events, and customer engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain mission-critical software across the EW product stack
- Build and improve deployment tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and configuration management systems
- Integrate EW systems with the broader Anduril Lattice ecosystem
- Debug and resolve issues in production and field-deployed systems
- Develop operator-facing tools and interfaces that make complex systems usable in high-stakes environments
- Work with embedded software and DSP engineers to bridge the gap between algorithm development and field-deployable software
- Participate in field deployments, integration events, and customer engagements
- Contribute to a culture of engineering quality through code review, testing, and documentation
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in at least one of: Haskell, Rust, C++, Go, or TypeScript
- Comfort working in Linux environments
- Strong CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, systems concepts
- Desire to learn new domains quickly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, unstructured environment
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
