Join our team as a Senior Growth & Operations Manager, EMEA, and help us accelerate growth in the region.
As a member of our EMEA leadership team, you will work closely with country teams to develop and execute growth initiatives that drive demand. You will be responsible for owning the conception, execution, and measurement of cross-functional business initiatives end-to-end, supporting business growth and acceleration by sourcing and operating innovative levers, and driving regular business operation meetings and initiating meaningful conversations.
In this role, you will present analysis, insights, and actionable plans to the regional leadership team to drive key business decisions. You will also lead cross-functional project teams to ensure key initiatives are on track and escalate accordingly when relevant.
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in business consulting or strategy and operations, preferably with experience in tech companies or innovation business units. You should have a proven track record of success in project management, analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
