Sales Trainee

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.

Responsibilities

The Sales Trainee is a training role that aims to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. Key responsibilities include:

• Building and protecting the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product
• Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales and selling
• Obtaining all necessary tools to execute the daily plan
• Effectively communicating with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Supporting the team with audits, blitz, building of displays, merchandising to drive sales business
• Meeting daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English; additional languages an advantage
