Job Overview

As the Global Head of Specialist Solutions Architecture, Revenue, you will lead a highly specialized team of Solutions Architects at Stripe, focusing on billing, tax, and revenue recognition solutions. This role combines deep product expertise with global leadership, driving Stripe's success across diverse markets.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Stripe's technical sales strategy for the revenue suite in collaboration with various teams.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and best practices for billing and revenue recognition offerings.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire team members to achieve deep domain expertise in billing and revenue recognition.
• Influence technical decision-makers and shape their long-term architectural direction for revenue management.
• Champion customer needs and influence product direction within the revenue management ecosystem.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product Engineering to guide customers through their journey.
• Drive thought leadership through presentations and whitepapers on revenue management best practices.
• Foster cross-regional collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in technical sales roles, including 10+ years in technical pre-sales leadership.
• Proven experience as a first-line leader, managing teams selling technology solutions to global companies.
• Deep understanding of subscription models, billing systems, and revenue recognition principles.
• Strong understanding of developing human-centric CX experiences and enterprise systems.
• Experience working across different regions or cultures.
• Passion for coaching and developing others, with strong people management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for communicating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and ability to foster deep relationships with customers.

Travel Requirement

• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
