Description

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team in Korea. As an Executive Assistant, you will work directly with our EA/AA in the United States to support calendar scheduling, travel, expenses, and correspondences with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of our leaders.

The impact you will have:

  • Ensure the executive staff is efficient in their use of time, leading to a more productive team and company.
  • Manage complex calendars, organise meetings, and make travel arrangements.
  • Support executives' calendars to be accurate and forward-looking.
  • Prioritise the calendar and schedule meetings in a timely manner.
  • Plan and book executive travel 30 days out; submit invoices and expenses within 2 weeks of cost occurring.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders for meeting requests.
  • Build and maintain records of meeting requests and close out requests in a timely manner.
  • Ensure meeting invites have the necessary details for effective meeting outcomes.
  • Support other executive staff members during gaps in coverage due to PTO, sickness, or other absences.
  • Manage confidential information with discretion and sensitivity.
  • Act as a liaison with other organisations to promote proper communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of applicable executive administrative experience in a global software organisation.
  • Attention to detail, organisation, and process abilities.
  • Strong calendaring skills (Gmail and Google Calendar experience mandatory).
  • Native-level fluency in Korean and professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Excellent organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills; ability to offer suggestions and improvements to processes and work collaboratively with others.
  • Relationship management skills and ability to build a personal network throughout the company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to adjust schedule to respective time zones of supported leaders.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders and external partners.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
