We are seeking high-caliber professionals to lead, develop, and manage our cross-boundary business, ensuring achievement of business objectives and delivery of excellent customer experiences.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and manage cross-boundary business to achieve business objectives
• Ensure delivery of consistently excellent customer experiences
• Ensure strict alignment to global standards and regulatory requirements
• Minimize risk and maximize operational efficiency
• Achieve results by working with the whole business team, local market, and wider community
• Play an active role as part of the wider area/regional leadership team
• Deliver business plans, including leads/sales prospect management and overall customer experience for cross-boundary business

Qualifications:

• University graduate preferred
• Proven banking experience with solid exposure to Mainland market segment and experience in dealing with Mainland clients
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong drive to succeed, with ability to work under pressure
• High proficiency in Mandarin (MUST)
• Good command of Cantonese and English (advantage)
• Passes in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations/Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examinations
• High level of customer-centricity mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services
• Strong situation awareness, desire to learn, and ability to work in an Agile environment
• Ability to inspire others to achieve their goals/ambitions
• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) (advantage)
