Description
Become a key member of our production team as a Processing Operator I at Lamb Weston in Kruiningen. As a Processing Operator, you will be responsible for operating, controlling, and monitoring production lines. Your tasks will also include performing quality control checks, cleaning duties, resolving minor issues, and assisting the technical services department when needed. You will work in a 5-shift schedule, including weekends.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and controlling the process on your production floor
- Working collaboratively with colleagues from other departments to achieve optimal results
- Identifying areas for improvement and taking the initiative to implement changes
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and assisting the technical services department when necessary
- Ensuring your area remains clean and tidy
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to put in the effort required for this role. You should have completed an operator training course at MBO level 3 or 4, or be willing to pursue one.
