Reporting Agent in User Quality

Our users trust us to keep their money safe. In this mission, you will strengthen our reporting operations, ensuring we meet local laws and regulations.

As our Reporting Agent in User Quality, you will take ownership of protecting our users by flagging and reporting suspicious activity in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance by reporting suspicious activity to the appropriate FIUs and implementing country-specific financial crime reporting requirements.
• Establishing clear procedures and continuously improving reporting processes through gap analysis and automation to enhance scalability, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Monitoring reporting performance using analytics tools like Retool, Looker, and GSheets, while managing all open CAP items within required deadlines.

Requirements include:

• Familiarity with AML, EDD, and financial crime reporting requirements.
• Skilled in investigation, problem solving, and critical thinking, with a strong sense of ethics in line with responsible banking.
• Data-driven and detail-oriented, with experience using reporting or analytics tools.
• A solution-based thinker who keeps the user's trust front and center.
• An effective and quick communicator in English.
