Lead Producer H/F (Flight Sim)

We are seeking a Lead Producer to join our team on a AAA project. As a Lead Producer, you will be responsible for leading a segment of the production in a complex, technical, and demanding environment. You will work closely with the Executive Producer, Producers, and Leads to ensure the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a segment of the production, working closely with the Executive Producer, Producers, and Leads
• Coordinate and manage Producers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of the project
• Interact with clients, providing updates and ensuring that their needs are met
• Participate in the definition of budgets and resources, ensuring that they are allocated effectively
• Contribute to the development of production practices and processes
• Supervise the planning and execution of the project, including roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between development teams
• Update project plans and tracking tools (ADO, Excel, etc.)

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in game production, preferably in AAA projects
• Proven experience in managing production teams
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams
• Tenacious and resourceful, with the ability to resolve complex issues quickly
• Familiarity with development pipelines (design, art, engineering, QA)
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools such as Excel and ADO
• Ability to build and manage budgets, including headcount and resource allocation
• Fluent in French and English
• Knowledge of the gaming industry, including trends and player expectations

Nice to Have

• Experience working on Game as a Service projects
• Experience working on projects with large datasets

Salary

The salary for this position is from €67,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes a fixed annual salary for 35 hours per week over 12 months, plus annual bonuses.
