Physical Therapist - PRN

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist at ATI Physical Therapy, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans using a variety of techniques, including exercise, manual therapy, and education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Illinois
