We're seeking a visionary professional to lead and execute critical process re-engineering initiatives that will redefine our operational landscape. As a Global Process Optimization Analyst, you will champion the redesign of core processes and workflows, owning their complete lifecycle from strategic conception through to flawless, sustainable implementation across our entire organization.
Your responsibilities will include: Actively supporting or driving key transformation initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Analyzing and redesigning complete business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring optimal performance. Developing detailed process maps for current (as-is) and future (to-be) process flows, providing clear visual documentation for stakeholders. Identifying and evaluating opportunities for process offshoring, elimination, and automation, contributing to a more streamlined workflow. Assessing current and proposed service level requirements and process KPIs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. Reviewing and refining governance and service management frameworks to maintain high standards of service delivery. Organizing and supporting workshops to design innovative solutions, fostering collaborative environments for idea generation and problem-solving. Leading end-to-end implementation projects for various functions within Ford Credit, developing and managing project plans, and collaborating effectively with global stakeholders. Conducting economic assessments of optimization opportunities, articulating the business value and ROI of proposed process improvements and technology adoptions. Identifying opportunities and supporting the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Three years of working experience within process engineering or a related field. Demonstrated ability to apply process improvement methodologies and tools effectively in an operational setting. Proven project management, time management, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity ('white space'), break down complex issues, generate insights from various sources (including data), and synthesize them into clear, actionable recommendations and compelling narratives. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Quick learner, able to shift/adapt quickly and thrive in a rapidly transforming business environment. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences. Ability to work independently on assignments and proactively seek out optimization opportunities; just as comfortable contributing actively within a team or collaborative environment.
Preferred qualifications include: MBA or other relevant advanced degree. PMP, Six Sigma, CBPP, BPMS, UiRPA and/or other applicable certification(s). Proficiency with JIRA, Miro, Microsoft Project, and/or Microsoft Power Platform. Prior experience in financial services, banking, call center of the future, and/or automotive space.
