Our Red Bull Student Marketeers are part of the most dynamic and effective brand representation and product programme in the world. They know the Red Bull target audience and are responsible for the brand image and product knowledge within their university and territory. The objective of the Student Marketeer Programme is to reach new consumers, win over university students, increase sales and brand visibility at universities. This means direct contact with potential customers and clients through product testing, but also direct collaboration during Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience. Our Student Marketeers enjoy the dynamism compared to office work and want to work in a creative environment.

- Be a Brand & Product Ambassador
Live the brand values and company values, representing the brand fully through continuous interaction with consumers and clients.
Increase the number of our consumers thanks to product sampling and Red Bull knowledge, through activities in the right place and at the right time, responding competently to any consumer questions.
Plan and implement an innovative action plan within universities that can engage students and highlight the brand.
Create a strong network by establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.
Bring the Red Bull world to your social channels with authentic and genuine content.
Collaborate in Red Bull events to ensure a unique consumer experience.
Excellence in execution
Always aim for excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work.
Share ideas and collaborate with your team, through regular face-to-face and online meetings.
Plan and manage your work through an online platform, respecting deadlines and being accurate.
Contribute to the development of the Red Bull media business through analysis of local trends and general new opportunities.
Be sales specialists
Create a relationship with zone sales accounts and ensure Red Bull is available and visible at sales points.
Collaborate with sales to open new sales points inside and outside your university.
Utilise all Red Bull assets to put them in the spotlight at sales points.
Ensure perfect execution of required standards at sales points.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
Sociable with a natural ability to relate to people from different backgrounds in various situations
Immersed in university life with an in-depth knowledge of the university, city, and area, including extracurricular activities
Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
Ability to manage study and part-time work, as well as being available to work some evenings or weekends
Desire to acquire new skills, particularly in marketing and sales
Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

English language knowledge
- 90-100% travel requirements
