Commis de Rang Restaurant Ikarus

We are seeking a highly skilled Commis de Rang to join our team at Restaurant Ikarus, located in the unique Hangar-7 building at Salzburg Airport.

As a Commis de Rang, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our international guests, working alongside our experienced team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice and support to our guests
• Delivering professional beverage and food service to our high standards
• Preparing daily mise en place to ensure seamless service
• Supporting our Demi Chef de Rangs and Chef de Rangs
• Maintaining impeccable hygiene standards

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A completed culinary education
• Some relevant work experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A polished, confident, and friendly demeanour
• Ability to think and act independently
• Strong teamwork and flexibility
• Proficiency in both German and English
