We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in Vienna. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice on our products.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on our products
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage them to become brand ambassadors
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the beauty industry

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Passion for Charlotte Tilbury and willingness to represent the brand
• Ideally, experience as a makeup artist
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-focused mindset
• German language proficiency at B2 level
