Beauty Expert, Cork Airport (New Counter)

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Cork Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, championing the art of world-class artistry, and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand.

Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
• Provide expert advice and guidance on Charlotte Tilbury products
• Apply makeup and offer demonstrations to customers
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Follow company grooming standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Ability to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts
• Flexibility to adapt to change and support managers and colleagues
• Knowledge of makeup application and ability to adapt style to different customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
