Junior Professional IT-Service

We are seeking a Junior Professional IT-Service to join our team at Porsche Consulting GmbH in Stuttgart. As a Junior Professional, you will support our IT-Operations area and contribute to a smooth, modern, and service-oriented IT operation.

Your tasks will include:

• Accompanying users on-site or remotely with questions about IT-end devices and standard applications
• Introducing new employees to the IT infrastructure
• Continuous communication with external IT service providers regarding hardware procurement
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows clients, notebooks, multifunction devices, and mobile devices
• Supporting the planning, procurement, configuration, and distribution of new end devices in the entire device lifecycle management
• Providing M365 support, particularly with Exchange and MS Teams
• Documenting tickets, maintaining internal guidelines, and contributing to our knowledge database
• Collaborating on the development of our IT service tools and supporting digitalization and IT projects

Requirements:

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a related field
• First professional experience in onsite IT support in a modern service company, technology-related consulting, or the tech/IT environment
• Good understanding of client, M365, and mobile device management
• High customer and service orientation, with a pronounced agile, independent, structured, and professional work style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English
