Join our team as an Internal Travel Team - Physical Therapist. As a member of our team, you will travel to various locations within the Midwest, providing physical therapy services to clients in need. You will work in a variety of settings, including skilled/rehab, home health, outpatient, and mobility outpatient. This is a great opportunity to see different parts of the region and make a positive impact on people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for conducting examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients, as well as documenting client information and establishing therapeutic plans. You will also educate clients and their families about treatment plans and self-exercises to be continued at home.
In addition to your clinical skills, you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams. You will be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
