Retail Expert, Charlotte Tilbury, JLP Nottingham

Part time contract (16h a week)

As a Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist, you will be based on the shop floor, responsible for empowering our customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves. You will combine your expert artistry skills with exceptional product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI's
• Build solid relationships with team members and management contributing to a sense of teamwork in all aspects of the role
• Champion the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Adapt your approach to activities, customers and opportunities to open up for stratospheric success
• Follow the company grooming standards to a tee

Requirements:

• Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
• Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail or FMCG
• Ability to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
