Description
We're looking for an experienced and knowledgeable IT Leader to join us as the EMEA Help Desk Manager. This is a hands-on role that will continually assess the needs of our fellow Stripes, driving efficiencies and services that improve productivity. As the EMEA Help Desk Manager, you will lead a team of 6+ individual contributors focused on delivering world-class customer service technical support, travel, and onsite requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of technical support specialists to provide end-user assistance with hardware and software issues
- Developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the help desk operation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
