Travel & PERM Physical Therapist - Texas

We are seeking a skilled Travel & PERM Physical Therapist to join our team in Denton, Texas. As a Travel & PERM Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Communicate regularly with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care coordination
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas
• Experience working with patients with a variety of conditions and needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outpatient rehabilitation setting
