Personal Financial Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a Personal Financial Service Representative to join our team at HSBC. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality professional services to customers in retail banking branches, meeting and exceeding customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level professional services in retail banking branches to meet and exceed customer service standards.
• Contribute to the successful implementation of wealth management service strategy by acting as back-up to partnered PRM, managing Premier rooms resources and safety deposit boxes, delivering quality services to Premier customers, and closely partnering with PRM to build and reinforce relationships with Premier customers.
• Contribute to the acquisition of customers and enhancement of customer relationships by identifying service and business potentials and marking referrals to PRM accordingly, identifying service and business potentials for making referrals to other business lines, and close liaison with colleagues from other lines of business, business segment, products, and services.
• Perform branch operational tasks, excluding counter teller services, and ensure efficiency, timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism by assisting SFM with admin and MI report consolidating tasks, performing operational tasks for Premier customers, and performing mortgage loan processing tasks, and non-cash transactions within the branch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Relevant work experience in the financial industry
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Active and proactive, with business potential
• Familiarity with banking regulations and financial industry systems
• Basic English communication skills preferred

License/Qualification Requirement

• Hold a trust business personnel license
• Band 7 requires a foreign exchange business handling and audit certificate and internal control and internal audit examination or has actually handled internal audit work for over one year
