Description
We are seeking a Personal Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail banking branches, you will provide high-quality professional services to meet and exceed customer service standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with Sales Floor Managers and Branch Customer Services Managers to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring seamless service to customers visiting branches
- Delivering quality services to customers to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of service standards
You will also contribute to the successful implementation of wealth management service strategy by:
- Acting as a backup to partnered Personal Relationship Managers (PRMs) to ensure continuity of customer service
- Managing Premier room resources and safety deposit boxes
- Delivering quality services to Premier customers to ensure customer satisfaction
In addition, you will identify service and business potentials and make referrals to PRMs accordingly, and assist with branch operational tasks, excluding counter teller services.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be equipped with multi-service skills and maintain flexibility in service task rotation and assignment.
Requirements:
- CXO degree or higher
- Financial industry work experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Active and proactive with business potential
- Familiarity with banking regulations and financial industry systems
- Basic English communication skills
License/Qualification Requirement:
- Trustee industry business personnel
- Band 7 requires foreign exchange business handling and auditing personnel certification and bank internal control and internal audit examination or actual handling of internal audit work for over one year
