Director and Managing Associate General Counsel

CoreWeave is seeking a Director and Managing Associate General Counsel, Commercial – Americas to lead the legal team supporting the Americas Global Field Organization (GFO) and its enterprise sales of cloud products and services.

The Legal and Government Affairs (LGA) team at CoreWeave is highly collaborative and partners closely with teams across the company to navigate complex legal landscapes while enabling innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of commercial lawyers supporting the fast-paced and rapidly growing Americas GFO sales organization
• Serve as primary legal counsel and trusted advisor to the VP of Americas GFO and their leadership team, helping shape and execute go-to-market and sales strategies
• Provide hands-on support on multiple concurrent transactions, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing complex commercial transactions
• Drive operational efficiency for a fast-moving sales organization
• Collaborate with LGA subject-matter experts, outside counsel, and business stakeholders across Product, Security, Privacy, Finance, and Operations to structure transactions, manage risk, and resolve deal obstacles

Requirements:

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 10+ years of relevant legal experience, including negotiating complex commercial technology agreements
• Demonstrated experience managing, coaching, and developing a team of commercial lawyers
• Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior business executives
