Field Marketing Manager - Upper Egypt

We are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in Upper Egypt. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building the local face of Red Bull in the region, creating and implementing marketing initiatives that align with global and national strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute local marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders, and partners in the region
• Manage and coach a team of Field Marketing Specialists to ensure successful implementation of marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with national and regional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing efforts
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions
• Manage budgets and resources to achieve marketing objectives

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in sports, events, or culture marketing
• 3+ years of line management experience with expertise in hiring, training, and motivating teams
• Experience working with commercial teams, including sales and trade marketing
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in cross-functional teams
