As a Unified Endpoint Manager, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of endpoint management services, including the design and operation of service architectures and business models. You will work closely with various teams, including architecture, security, and operations, to ensure the quality and reliability of our services.

- Build and develop modern endpoint management services
- Design and operate service architectures and business models
- Work closely with various teams to ensure service quality and reliability
- Develop and implement service strategies, pricing, and commercial models
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5-6 years of experience in endpoint management, preferably in a managed services environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, IT Service Management Frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and agile methods (e.g., SAFe)
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Intune/Endpoint Administrator)
- Experience in building managed services (service catalogs, standardization, automation)
