Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and support in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities: Provide patient care and support under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans Implement treatment plans and provide patient education Maintain accurate records and reports Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
Requirements: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Indiana High school diploma or equivalent required Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
