We are looking for an FBS Platform Enablement Engineer with telephony experience to join our team. As a strategic partner to business and technology teams, you will enable successful adoption, optimization, and governance of enterprise platforms and cloud services. You will blend technical platform expertise with strong business acumen to translate business needs into scalable platform solutions, ensure effective onboarding, drive best-practice usage, and support continuous improvement of platform capabilities.
Your primary responsibility will be to support Voice / Telephony Initiatives across Enterprise Platform Services. You will foster strong relationships across business units, architects, and product teams to accelerate value realization, enhance user experience, and support strategic transformation initiatives.
