As a Business Analyst - Stations and Operational Systems, you will provide end-to-end business analysis to ensure our solutions meet expectations while contributing to the digitalization of our station and operational processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with station teams to define and validate station requirements related to new project objectives
- Conducting comprehensive needs analysis for new tools destined for station and operational teams, detailing risks, problems, or new opportunities identified
- Creating project use cases and documenting process flows when necessary to support future developments and training
- Contributing to and accompanying the testing phase
- Ensuring requirements are validated against operational business objectives and accepted and understood by technical teams involved in the project
- Accompanying station teams in evolving existing processes and defining the functioning of new processes, formulating recommendations when opportunities arise
- Working with technical teams to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and ensuring support processes are robust and efficient
- Prioritizing new business requirements, anomalies, and incidents reported by the business and resolving them with technical teams if necessary
Note: Frequent travel to England and Belgium is expected.
