Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Edgewater location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and daily activities to promote optimal health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and daily activities to promote optimal health and well-being
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
