Description
We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Basingstoke. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service. You will engage with customers by offering a warm welcome, asking open-ended questions to understand their needs, and providing tailored product recommendations to create a memorable shopping experience. You will also maintain a clean, visually appealing, and well-organized shop floor by ensuring displays follow guidelines, adjusting to seasonal trends, and keeping shelves well-stocked.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation, creative approaches to drive performance, and actively seeking opportunities to exceed goals. You will also organize and contribute to in-store events, customer celebrations, and external outreach to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
As a Supervisor, you will be the go-to person for keeping the info flowing smoothly throughout the store. You will team up with your colleagues, the store manager, and neighboring stores, maintaining an open and friendly communication flow that significantly contributes to the team's success on the shop floor.
