Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes strategic market and product-line business plans aligned with long-term corporate goals.
- Leads investment-related assessments, including market sizing, business model validation, commercial due diligence, financial modeling, and synergy evaluation.
- Identifies and builds relationships with strategic customers, partners, and ecosystem players to drive business growth.
- Conducts in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive intelligence, and new investment opportunities.
- Drives make-versus-buy and build-partner-invest strategic decisions, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Collaborates with finance, legal, and corporate development teams to evaluate strategic investments, JV opportunities, M&A targets, and partnership structures.
- Prepares and delivers investment memos, strategic proposals, and board-level presentations to support major investment decisions.
- Monitors portfolio partners or invested businesses (if applicable), providing strategic guidance to ensure value realization.
- Champions innovative ideas, leads strategic initiatives, and contributes to overall organizational roadmap planning.
- Serves as a subject-matter expert internally and externally, representing the company in industry and investment-related communities.
Preferred Experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 15+ years of related experience. At this level, post-graduate coursework or knowledge base equivalent may be expected.
