As our Customer Guide for Compliance Operations, you will serve our users by taking ownership of their compliance to bunq's policies and the law. This involves investigating any potential deviations and ensuring that our users are aware of and adhere to our Anti Money Laundering (AML) guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing user transactions, including complex cases that need careful decision-making
- Understanding and applying bunq's AML guidelines when reviewing cases
- Process improvements to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- User experience
Requirements:
- You have an understanding of AML, EDD, and Compliance Operations topics, whether through previous experience or through your studies
- You have in-depth investigation & problem solving skills, and have a strong sense of ethics in line with our commitment to ethical financial practices and responsible management of our users' assets
- You speak data and processes - your accuracy and attention to detail helping you communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders
- You're excellent at applying a solution-based approach that puts our users first
- You are an effective and quick communicator in English
