Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Elkhart location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop treatment plans to address their needs
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, using various techniques and equipment
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
