Project Manager for High-Voltage Transmission Line Construction

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee complex high-voltage transmission line construction projects. As a Project Manager, you will advise clients on project organisation and management, ensure technical project management, coordinate material logistics, and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Client consulting for complex transmission line construction projects
• Technical project management (scheduling, costs, quality, resources, documentation)
• Coordination of material logistics for transmission line construction
• Interface and stakeholder management with adjacent departments
• Support for preparation of operations and system control
• Control and supervision of contractors in transmission line construction
• Development and testing of processes in transmission line construction
• Coordination and leadership of project teams
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Participation in industry conferences and networking events

Requirements:

• Relevant degree with excellent academic record
• Several years of relevant experience in consulting, project engineering, or energy/environmental industry
• Experience in high-voltage transmission line construction projects
• Practical experience in project management in the energy sector
• Ability to advise clients in all phases of project planning and execution
• Certification in project management is a plus
• Team leadership experience
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Structured, professional, and customer-oriented work style
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in German and English
