Senior Project Manager/シニアプロジェクトマネージャー

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee project management teams and ensure efficient project execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects, ensuring profitability, and implementing technology and automation across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Production Coordination: Coordinate tasks and responsibilities among global teams, monitor capacity, and report on status.
• Processes: Document and maintain processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement efficiencies.
• Finance: Ensure accounts are within budget, review margins, and analyze cost versus productivity.
• Communication: Communicate regularly with clients, supervise daily communication, and foster good working relationships.
• Client Management: Attend client meetings, coordinate client strategy, and address client concerns.
• Personal Development: Provide support to team members, assess training needs, and prepare training plans.

Requirements:

• Experience in videogames and/or localization sectors.
• Degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science, or Games Development.
• Familiarity with production workflows and CAT tools.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Business-level command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
