Description
Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient.
The Physical Therapist - Outpatient plans, organizes, and delivers physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease
- Utilize tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards
- Document client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation and establish therapeutic plans
- Educate clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises
- Demonstrate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents
Requirements:
- Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure
- Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for healthcare providers required or within the first 60 days of employment
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $36.00 - $52.00
- Sign-on Bonus: Up to $20,000 with a commitment
