We are seeking a driven and experienced sourcer to join our talent acquisition team, specifically focusing on our critical manufacturing and supply chain leadership positions within our production engineering organization.
In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across various hardware manufacturing, assembly, and related engineering disciplines to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for key leadership production, integration, and manufacturing engineering roles, helping to scale our ability to build and deliver advanced defense technology.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to build and execute sourcing strategies for complex manufacturing, supply chain, and Aerospace roles.
- Advanced Sourcing: Utilize cutting-edge sourcing techniques (including Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, data extraction, and web-scraping) to find and engage passive, top-tier talent.
- Business Partnership: Act as a trusted talent advisor to Production Directors and Hiring Managers, providing market intelligence, pipeline data, and process recommendations.
- Candidate Experience: Manage candidates through the interview process, conducting initial assessments to ensure strong technical and cultural alignment.
- Market Mapping: Build comprehensive talent maps to identify target companies, generate market insights, and inform outbound engagement strategy.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Anduril’s mission and culture to the external market, effectively pitching our unique value proposition.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience with a proven track record of hiring senior-level technical talent (e.g., Hardware, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Production Engineering).
- 3+ years of direct client-facing experience partnering with Directors and Hiring Managers to scope roles, review profiles, and drive hiring processes.
- Fast-Paced Environment Experience: Proven success recruiting in a high-growth startup, hyper-growth tech company, or high-performing recruitment agency.
- Tools Proficiency: Advanced expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever), CRM tools (e.g., Gem), and advanced sourcing methodology.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Defense & Aerospace Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ITAR/EAR regulations and recruiting candidates requiring security clearances.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience leveraging recruiting metrics and pipeline data to influence hiring manager behavior and improve interview-to-offer ratios.
- Consultative Approach: Proven ability to coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, market realities, and candidate closing strategies.
- High Agency: Highly autonomous, collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a rapidly scaling environment.
