Measurement Lead (tvScientific)

The Measurement Lead for tvScientific at Pinterest will own the quantification, communication, and optimization of the impact of CTV and performance TV investments.

You will build the measurement framework for Pinterest + tvScientific, partnering closely with Sales, CS, Product, and Analytics to turn complex data into clear narratives that drive client decisions and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing the end-to-end measurement strategy for tvScientific campaigns
• Designing and operationalizing standard reporting and experimentation frameworks
• Partnering with Sales and CS to diagnose performance and craft insights
• Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to ensure data quality and governance
• Creating repeatable templates for measurement
• Proactively identifying measurement gaps and new opportunities
• Leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate insight generation
• Serving as the internal SME for tvScientific measurement

Requirements:

• 7+ years in marketing science, media analytics, or performance measurement
• Hands-on experience with incrementality testing, attribution, and performance diagnostics
• Strong SQL/Excel skills and familiarity with BI and visualization tools
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Proven track record working cross-functionally
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with performance CTV platforms
• Experience in retail/e-commerce or other DR-heavy verticals
• Familiarity with privacy, data access groups, and governance

The role offers a salary range of $145,747-$300,067 USD and is eligible for equity.
