Senior Consultant SAP HCM with focus on Payroll & Time Management

As a Senior Consultant SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll & Time Management, you will accompany our customers in the development of modern HR landscapes and bring innovative SAP solutions successfully into practice.

Your tasks will include:

• End-to-end consulting and implementation of SAP HCM solutions (H4S4 or SAP ECP) in complex customer environments
• Consulting on eye level to optimise and digitalise HR processes with a focus on Payroll and/or Time Management
• Analysis, conception & enablement: Conducting requirement analyses, workshops, and strategic consulting on solution options and best practices
• Technical implementation: Customising and configuring the SAP-HCM system, including schemes and rules

To be well-prepared for your way as a Senior Consultant SAP HCM (all genders), you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed studies and at least 2 years of experience in SAP consulting with deep HCM expertise
• Passion for consulting, modern HR-IT solutions, and the sustainable transformation of HR processes
• Expertise in SAP HCM (ECP and/or H4S4) in the modules Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (TM/PT) as well as HR process knowledge in one or both areas
• Your working style is characterised by analytical approach, self-responsibility, and sovereign appearance towards customers and project teams

Knowledge before departure:

• Start: After agreement - usually at the beginning of the month
• Working hours: Full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
• Employment relationship: Unlimited
• Field: Consulting
• Language: Fluent German and English (at least B2)
• Flexibility and travel readiness
