Description
We're seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in the Windom area. As a Physical Therapist, you will plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities. You will conduct examinations, evaluations, and interventions for clients/patients/residents affected by injury or disease.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing tools and techniques to administer physical therapy interventions following safeguards.
- Documenting client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishing therapeutic plans and modifying them if necessary.
- Educating clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home.
- Knowledge of and utilizing appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents.
- Demonstrating and incorporating knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents.
You may treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnoses and disorders. You will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range of $37.50 - $62.00 per hour.
