About the Role As an Inspections Associate, you'll be the expert at transforming detailed inspection findings into clear, homeowner-friendly repair recommendations that inspire confidence and quick approvals. Your work will bridge the gap between technical inspection data and homeowner understanding, ensuring every repair path is transparent, actionable, and aligned with Belong's quality standards.
Responsibilities Review inspection reports to identify required repairs and improvements. Translate technical findings into plain-language repair recommendations for homeowners. Ensure repair scopes are accurate, complete, and aligned with Belong's standards. Present repair options in a way that is easy for homeowners to understand, approve, and trust. Collaborate with Pricing Associates to ensure repair recommendations are paired with competitive, ROI-positive estimates. Manage multiple inspection-to-repair translations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and consistency. Continuously refine communication templates and homeowner-facing materials for clarity and impact.
What Makes You Great for This Role You have 1–3 years in inspections, operations, property management, or a fast-paced execution role. You can interpret technical or construction details and translate them into clear, actionable communication. You have exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion. You are highly organised and structured, able to manage multiple requests without sacrificing quality. You have a collaborative mindset, comfortable working cross-functionally with pricing, operations, and homeowner success teams. You are a proactive problem-solver who can anticipate questions and objections before they arise.
