Description
We're looking for a Product Development Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Product Development Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the OBD Core Section in delivering breakthrough products and services that delight our customers. You will develop OBD Major Monitor expertise with deep and specialized knowledge of complicated systems, support OBD calibration teams to ensure that OBD deliverables are being met on time, and analyze various data sources to understand areas of hardware, software, or calibration concern.
You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver calibration attributes on time and with high quality, support timely resolution to all launch quality issues, and participate in development trips as needed. Additionally, you will assist with development/testing of OBD Diagnostic Code Demonstration Methods (DVM's), creation/management of OBDII Calibration related communications and documents, and support the OBD Technical Specialists.
If you have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 5+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years of experience in P/T Calibration and/or OBD Calibration, including program delivery through launch and quality feedback, we encourage you to apply.
