We are seeking a driven and innovative Global Finance Automation Lead to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to transform our finance operations globally, ensuring flawless execution and world-class efficiency.

As a Global Finance Automation Lead, you will lead global process transformation by conducting end-to-end assessments across Accounts Receivable (AR), with an initial focus, and growing into Accounts Payable (AP), Payroll, and Indirect Sourcing. You will identify automation opportunities, control enhancements, and workflow improvements to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global process transformation by conducting end-to-end assessments across AR, with an initial focus, and growing into AP, Payroll, and Indirect Sourcing.
  • Identify automation opportunities, control enhancements, and workflow improvements to drive operational excellence.
  • Build and standardize global process frameworks across different regions.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions, including ERP improvements, workflow tools, RPA, and AI-enabled processes.
  • Translate business requirements into structured solution builds and partner with IT and external vendors to deploy solutions.
  • Support testing, user acceptance, and global rollout of automation initiatives.
  • Track measurable impacts such as efficiency gains, cycle time reduction, and quality improvements to ensure successful implementation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations (AR/AP/Payroll) with strong process improvement expertise.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes.
  • Established expertise in applying automation technologies like RPA, workflow systems, ERP improvements, and AI-powered tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in global environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in building return on investment and value cases.
  • Excellent collaborator management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global shared services or centralized finance environments.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or formal process improvement certification.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance automation platforms.
  • Exposure to working capital optimization initiatives.
