E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to develop and manage our online store(s) and Amazon accounts, driving adoption to realise corporate objectives and targets. The goal is to provide a seamless customer journey and perfect buying experience for our end-users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage online stores and Amazon accounts to drive demand generation, conversion, and average order size
• Analyse online metrics to identify issues and opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales performance
• Use competitive intelligence to develop counter strategies that neutralise competitive influence on customers' buying decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve targets
• Manage multiple projects and requests on a daily/weekly basis

Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent, with 2+ years of experience in e-commerce sales (consumer electronics or otherwise)
• Experience with Shopify is an advantage
• Proven track record of success in delivering e-commerce online stores
• Excellent project management and sales skills
• Fluent in English and at least one other European language
