Business Manager

We are seeking a Business Manager to help execute on the strategic agenda across the business. This role will focus on advancing key priorities including process improvement, team effectiveness, analytics, and reporting, while supporting the overall execution of the team's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of compensation, workforce plans, and project management budgets to support investment workflow priorities and business decision-making.
• Develop clear, concise management reporting for senior stakeholders across headcount, spend, business performance, and key initiatives.
• Partner closely with leadership to assess hiring, resource allocation, and investment priorities, providing credible analysis and constructive challenge.
• Support oversight of how teams deploy budgets and resources, with a focus on alignment to strategic objectives and business needs.
• Improve planning and reporting processes through automation, dashboarding, and more effective use of data and tools.
• Manage and deliver multiple projects and ad hoc business requests, keeping stakeholders and sponsors informed throughout.

Salary

The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future.
