Description
We are seeking a Customer Sales Engineer to identify and develop new business opportunities in the Electrification area. As a junior lever, you will maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations, and coordinate with internal teams for solution alignment. You will also lead commercial discussions, understand customer requirements, and monitor sales pipeline progress.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and English communication skills. A driver's license and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required. Experience with automotive and electrification systems is preferred.
As a Customer Sales Engineer, you will support project execution as a customer interface, provide market feedback and insights to management and product teams, and collaborate with global teams when required.
