Description
As Director, Integrated Marketing, you will own the global B2B marketing strategy for mid-market advertisers within Pinterest's SMB audience, building scalable, data-driven solutions that drive retention and revenue growth.
You will lead the development and execution of account-based marketing strategies for high-value Mid-Market accounts, ensuring tight alignment with Sales and XFN partners.
In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional partners to align on priorities, ways of working, and integrated marketing plans, while building and growing a high-performing Mid-Market Marketing team.
This role requires a strategic leader and operator who can act as a player-coach: setting the long-term vision and operating model for Mid-Market, managing resources, and developing the capabilities of your team, while personally leading critical workstreams.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and grow the Mid-Market Marketing team
- Set the vision and marketing strategy for Mid-Market advertisers
- Lead and execute key Mid-Market marketing workstreams
- Design, launch, and scale account-based marketing programs
- Champion a test and learn mindset across the team
- Build tracking mechanisms that create an environment of accountability
- Partner with and influence executive teams and senior stakeholders
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate efficiency and reduce production timelines
- Utilize AI-assisted analytics and reporting tools to surface insights on marketing performance
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in business marketing, with at least 10 years of experience specifically in Mid-Market or SMB Marketing
- Proven experience in building teams, capabilities, and programs from the ground up
- Demonstrates mastery in changing or affecting the actions, behaviors, or perspectives of others
- Moves the function forward through a mature decision-making process
- Sponsors and mentors people from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives
- Demonstrated comfort and curiosity working with AI tools in a marketing context
