Staff Business Intelligence Engineer

Join Twilio as a Staff Business Intelligence Engineer, transforming the company's data into a strategic asset. You will lead the BI platform strategy, manage reporting tools, deliver high-impact analytics, and pioneer agentic AI capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve Twilio's suite of business intelligence tools
• Design and build scalable dashboards and reports
• Architect and deploy agentic AI solutions
• Collaborate with data engineers and business partners
• Establish BI best practices
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for better data visibility

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field
• At least 2 years in a staff or senior individual contributor role
• Proven experience managing enterprise BI platforms
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling
• Track record of delivering self-service analytics capabilities

Location: Remote - India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Maharashtra, Delhi)
