Description
You will join the Porsche Leipzig team as a trainee in the automotive production department. During your six-month practice, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche working world and support us in various projects and tasks.
Your responsibilities will include analysing and tracking production processes, participating in goal-setting processes, evaluating data, and creating regular reports. You will also support measures to improve product quality and coordinate between individual components and departments.

Our team is responsible for the production of over 2,100 employees who assemble more than 200 units of the Panamera and Macan models per day. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our team's success.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with at least three semesters of study experience. They should have a strong affinity for production, assembly, and quality processes, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.
